本人が3回申告している — 「already wasted drunken」「I'm sorry, I'm drunk」「I have to maybe gag」。 残ったのはイディオムと難語: drunk as a skunk / sober as a judge / dog eat dog / off the top of my head / at the end of the day / when it comes to / in their defense、そして regurgitate / maneuver / wits / rendition / parkour。 #14 限定詞の渋滞が一夜5回(the your / a your your / in a Tokyo / a one of the / the Luther King Junior)。 taught as one of the greatest — touted のつもりで taught。 ことわざが1本崩れた: necessity is a invention of mother(必要は発明の母 → 必要は母の発明品)。 捏造語は counter work(→counterproductive)。再発が4件: #27 how to say が3夜連続(08-19 新規登録 → 08-20 再発 → 今夜、しかも what do you say の変種つき)。 #20 I know her(番組を her で受けた。 #21 二重否定 it doesn't pay you nothing(07-14 以来)。勝ちも確実にある: you've been training for years と I've been following the shows for years そして締めが今夜の全部を持っていった — It's about me or you versus yesterday's you.

how to say / what do you say
I'm already wasted, not gonna lie. / Drunk as a skunk.
It's dog-eat-dog. / It's a real red ocean.
It's not about competition. / It's you versus yesterday's you.
生徒Hello, I'm all right, thanks. Pretty uh normal kinda day. It's gotten a lot cooler.
It's gotten a lot cooler
It was really hot. Autumn is approaching. The end of the summer. Around the corner, autumn.
Summer's finally winding down.
It was really hot. Autumn's approaching — the end of summer is right around the corner.
解説
around the corner は正しい。
Yeah, English standard, yeah. Yes compared to the your... British, yeah.
Right, by British standards.
Yeah — compared to British standards.
07-26 の「the your a true intention」と同じ事故が、開始2分で出た。
Bilingual, you know. With your family, Spain? Are you sure?
So do you use Spanish at home?
Do you speak Spanish with your family?
Are you sure?
I have to confess. I'm a little tired and a TGIF.
Gotta confess, I'm running on fumes. But it's Friday.
I have to confess — I'm a bit tired. But hey, TGIF.
And I'm I'm kinda like a you know already wasted drunken, you know what I mean.
I've had a few, not gonna lie.
I'm already kind of wasted, if you know what I mean.
述語では drunk(#5)。
There's so many phrases in English phrases I can regurgitate, you know.
I've got a stockpile of phrases I can just spit out.
There are so many English phrases I can just regurgitate.
Drunk as a... how to say... skunk? Drunk as a skunk. And you know opposite of the sober as a judge.
Blackout drunk. The flip side being 'sober as a judge.'
Drunk as a skunk. And the opposite of that is 'sober as a judge.'
解説
how to say は英語に無い(#27)。詰まったら What's the word? か How do I put this?。
しかも数分後に what do you say? ただし drunk as a skunk と sober as a judge を対で持っているのは相当な在庫である。
先生You know the Drunken Master. It's a style of kung fu. Jackie Chan drinks the wine and then he's using the drunkenness to help him with his kung fu.
解説
置き土産: use the drunkenness to help him with ~。
Yeah, I thought you not you it's not you bought. It's just a your your cable phone company sent you?
Ah, so you didn't pay for it — they just shipped it over?
Oh, I thought you didn't buy it — your phone company just sent it to you?
a your your で限定詞が3枚(#14)。
しかも a + your + your の3枚重ね。
Ah, yeah you are you staying one like a service company for six six years so you get some reward right now.
Six years with one provider — so this is the loyalty payoff.
So you've been with the same provider for six years, and now they're rewarding you.
So you're a loyal customer. So that you still you keep continuing they want you to be the loyal customer forever.
Classic retention play — keep the loyal ones locked in.
So you're a loyal customer — and they want to keep you that way forever.
be the loyal customer は the が過剰(#1)。
That's a business. Phone carriers, so many choices and they compete each other. Really really red ocean, you know what I mean.
That's just how business goes — carriers are all clawing at the same customers.
That's business. Phone carriers have so many players, and they compete with each other — it's a total red ocean.
解説
compete with each other(#8 前置詞の脱落)。
It's dog eat dog, it's very hard to survive in the internet industry. So I totally understand. Tech industries, yeah. Broad ocean.
Cutthroat. Everyone's fighting over the same water.
It's dog-eat-dog. It's very hard to survive in that industry. Same with tech — a real red ocean.
Yeah so always like a big big eats small, that's uh inevitable like a event when you are in capitalism you know world.
Big fish eats little fish. That's capitalism.
The big always eat the small — that's inevitable in a capitalist world.
inevitable like a event → an inevitable event(#14)。
capitalism world。 06-28「a beard white guy」07-01「which tribal」の系譜。
Diversity is uh necessity, you know necessity is a invention of mo... mother, mother.
Diversity isn't optional. Necessity is the mother of invention, after all.
Diversity is a necessity. You know — necessity is the mother of invention.
正しくは necessity is the mother of invention(必要は発明の母)。a invention of mother a → an も(#14)。
They should stick with what Martin Luther King said — you should be judged on your character. Irrespective of what you look like, whatever race you are, your background, the sins of your fathers.
解説
置き土産3連: be judged on your character / irrespective of ~ / the sins of your fathers。
So in your country, Britain, in a school, is like a Martin Luther King Junior is a must learn thing? America of course it's must. Everybody has to learn the history of the Black.
Is MLK part of the curriculum over there? In the States it's mandatory.
In Britain, is Martin Luther King Jr. something you have to learn in school? In America it's a must, obviously — everyone learns Black history.
解説
the history of the Black Black history か the history of Black Americans。it's must → it's a must(#14)。
the Black。
Everybody maybe some kind of know about the Luther King Junior, but still not that popular in Japan. Because if you live in a Tokyo, I see different colors everywhere.
Most people vaguely know the name, but that's about it here.
Everybody sort of knows about MLK, but he's not that well known in Japan. Though in Tokyo you see all kinds of people now.
the Luther King Junior / in a Tokyo
Ah yeah. Controlled diversity versus natural diversity, yeah.
Because in Harvard, Asian populations, it's like a too many Asian, because of the counter policies, so there's a what what do you say, like a too much one policy. And I'm sorry, I'm drunk, I usually I'm broken English.
Harvard capped Asian admissions in the name of balance — the correction overcorrected.
At Harvard, there were too many Asian applicants, so they brought in counter-policies — the policy went too far one way. Sorry, I'm drunk. My English is broken even on a good day.
解説
at Harvard(#8)。too many Asians と複数形に(#7)。what do you say
I usually I'm broken English。 「
Black people is so muscle, you know, muscular. So they cannot float, you know what I mean?
Denser muscle means less float — that's the theory anyway.
Black athletes tend to be more muscular, so buoyancy works against them.
解説
people は複数なので are(#2)。muscle → muscular(#5)。
Asian guy is very tough to compete 100 meter final, it's very hard. But people don't say it's a racist.
An Asian sprinter making that final is a long shot, and saying so isn't racist.
It's very tough for an Asian sprinter to make the 100-meter final. But nobody calls that racist.
解説
compete in the 100-meter final(#8 前置詞落ち)。100 meters final → 100-meter final(複合形容詞は単数)。it's a racist は形容詞に a(#14)。
Just off the top of my head, in Las Vegas there's a huge it's becoming very huge about enhanced athletes compete.
Off the top of my head, there's that Vegas league where doping is allowed.
Just off the top of my head — there's this thing in Las Vegas that's blowing up, where enhanced athletes compete.
off the top of my head が正着。
PED is allowed. It's recommended to beat world record. But it's from the original authentic Olympic...
Doping isn't just tolerated there, it's the whole point.
PEDs are allowed — they're encouraged, to break world records. It's a break from the original Olympic model.
解説
beat world record → break world records(冠詞と複数)。
It's kind of like a children's dream, oh everyone's on steroids, what happened?
Total playground logic — juice everyone up and see what breaks.
It's like a kid's fantasy — everyone's on steroids, so what happens then?
解説
仮定の話なので what happens / what would happen(#15)。
If you are competing athlete, Olympics there's no money. Gold medal, very appreciated and highly regarded, it's like a you're taught as a one of the greatest athletes, but money-wise, zero.
All the prestige, none of the paycheck.
If you're a competing athlete, there's no money at the Olympics. A gold medal is highly regarded — you're touted as one of the greatest — but money-wise, zero.
解説
touted(持ち上げられる)のつもりで taught(教えられる)。a one of the で限定詞が2枚(#14)。a competing athlete の a 落ちも。
You've been training for years since you are young and only matter focus is getting a gold medal, but money-wise it doesn't pay you nothing.
Two decades of training for a medal that pays in applause.
You've been training for years, ever since you were young, and the only thing that matters is the gold medal — but it doesn't pay you anything.
since you were young
you've been training for years が完璧に出た。 20分前に「you are you staying six years」で落とした形が、同じ夜に戻っている。
There's a big controversy about the UFC in relation to that. They say they don't pay them hardly anything. It's quite sad, some of them end up in debt.
解説
置き土産: end up in debt。
Still continuing? Like a it's a broad right now? Still continuing?
Is that show still running?
Is it still on the air?
Boys' dream, it's funny to dig it out. But it looks old. Everything looks old.
Pure childhood fantasy. Fun to dig up, even if it's aged badly.
Every boy's dream. It's fun to dig this stuff up — though it all looks dated now.
dig it out。 07-26「mentally taking(→taxing)」、08-04「music to me(→my ears)」と同じ、イディオムの最後の1語だけ落とす持病。
I know what you mean, Ninja Warrior, like they have to go through the obstacle course. You need good calisthenic capabilities.
It's a Japanese sport event like a many obstacles field, and you have to maneuver with your strength and also like a wits.
Think giant obstacle course — brute strength won't cut it, you need to read it.
It's a Japanese TV competition built around a huge obstacle course — you have to get through it on strength and wits.
many obstacles field は自作。
It's not about the muscle. If you're too big or too muscle, too rig- too shrewd, it's not gonna work. Counter work.
Bulk works against you here. Too stiff and you're done.
It's not about muscle. If you're too bulky or too stiff, it backfires — it's counterproductive.
counterproductive。
Maybe more like a light-weighted, short, very agile people, they are bad, that for them.
Built for the small and springy.
It suits lighter, shorter, more agile people — it plays to their strengths.
This show attracts so many views and so many attraction because of the seriousness. The people engage in this event.
It gets massive numbers — the contestants treat it like the Olympics.
This show pulls in a huge number of views and a lot of attention, because the people who enter it are dead serious.
解説
attention は不可算なので so much(#7)。しかも attraction(魅力・呼び物)は別語。
あの夜は「so many attention」で不可算を many で数えていた。
Yeah, I know I know her. I know her and I've been enthusiastically following the shows for years, so I can talk about this.
Oh I know it well — I've followed it for years.
Yeah, I know it. I've been following the show for years, so I can actually talk about this one.
物は it。
I know her。 I've been following ~ for years
It's not about competition. It's about me or you versus yesterday's you. There's no gold medal. Everybody are fighting for their limit. So that's beautiful this sport.
No medals here. Just you against the version of you that showed up yesterday.
It's not about competition. It's you versus yesterday's you. There's no gold medal — everybody's fighting their own limit. That's what's beautiful about this sport.
解説
everybody は単数なので is(#2、今夜2回目)。that's beautiful this sport は語順崩壊で、that's what's beautiful about ~ に。
